Welcome, dear one — I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Wendy, a pilates & yoga instructor and self-taught cook that turned her passion into a collective of offerings. Wherever I am, I create community around mindful movement, heartfelt hosting, and the joy of tailored cooking.

  • Mindful Movement.

    Practices that uplift you, cultivate a kind relationship with your body — that’s the aim. You don’t need to be flexible, strong or experienced, we’ll work on that in class! All you have to do is to show up for yourself, leave your ego and inner critic at the door and enjoy all that your body can do for you.

  • Tailored Cooking.

    Celebrate your next event with seasonal, homemade and local dishes. Where every detail is carefully curated and every moment is cherished; where intimacy and connection are at the heart of everything. From my monthly supper slubs to private events, no menu is the same — ever.

    Connection is at the heart of everything that I do, and just as much love is put into preparing as into hosting. Creating a space where people feel at home, inspired and free to express — that is the goal. I love to combine mindful movement with tailored cooking, by hosting Flow and Feasts.
